Marni Wiseman Mycosis fungoides (MF) is a form of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma that may present as cutaneous patches, plaques, nodules, or erythroderma. The treatment of this relatively uncommon disease depends upon disease stage, duration and patient co-morbidities. A review of therapeutic modalities for MF will be presented that will address topical therapy, systemic chemotherapy, radiation therapy and phototherapy. What should be use to treat our patients? How should we implement therapy? Why are we treating our patients?
