I am very pleased to welcome you once again to Dermatology Update. Each year, we strive to be one of the leading forums for presenting timely and relevant information about advances in the field of dermatology. This year’s session in Montreal was certainly no exception.
We assembled a distinguished and knowledgeable group of speakers who will be discussing some of the most therapeutically relevant issues facing today’s dermatologists. You’ll learn about recent advances in the treatment of psoriasis and atopic dermatitis, the latest developments in oral antiviral therapies, and patient outcomes in the treatment of acne, among other topics.
Dermatology Update is a unique forum for bringing together clinicians and members of the pharmaceutical industry to share up-to-date information about new drug classes, which are responsible for the therapeutic advances that we have come to expect in dermatology. But it is also an opportunity to meet with friends and colleagues from across Canada and exchange ideas.
On behalf of everyone on this year’s organizing committee, I’d like to thank you for being a part of Dermatology Update 2005. As always, it is your enthusiasm and support that is so essential to making this 21st annual meeting possible.
