GST will be added to the above fees (5% Cdn Residents).

There is a specialized workshop on March 28, 2009, focusing on Contact Dermatitis. There is no charge for this additional workshop, but seating is limited so please reserve your seat in advance.

Visa, MasterCard and Cheque (made payable to Dermatology International)

An invoice for registration fees will be sent to all participants registering by email, or you can print the PDF version of the registration form and forward to the Symposium Secretariat with payment.

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds, less a $75 administration fee, will be given for cancellations received in writing and postmarked no later than February 13th, 2008. Refunds will not be available after this date.
