Early Bird Rate (on or before September 6, 2010) - $325 Cdn
Regular Registration (September 7 - November 6, 2010) - $385 Cdn

12% HST will be added to the above fees.

Cancellation Policy:


Cancellations received in writing prior to October 15, 2010 will receive a refund on registration fees, less a $75 administration charge. Refunds will not be available after this date.  Substitutions are accepted in writing only (email is acceptable).  Contact the Symposium Secretariat at dermupdate@simplyeventful.com or phone 604-738-8600 or fax 604-738-8697.
