It is once again my great pleasure to welcome you to Dermatology Update . This year, we are proud to be celebrating our 20 th anniversary.

For the past two decades, Dermatology Update has been a leading forum for disseminating up-to-date information about new drugs and exciting new therapeutic approaches in the field of dermatology. Each year, we showcase a panel of international speakers and give you an opportunity to participate in workshops, update your therapeutic skills and find out first-hand how dermatological leaders around the world are currently treating their patients.

Our symposium this year, at the Westin Bayshore in Vancouver , promises to be an informative and engaging experience. You'll learn about a number of new drugs that will soon be available to treat psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, actinic keratoses and acne – as well as innovative approaches for treating autoimmune diseases.

Yet this year also marks a milestone for our symposium. And one of the highlights of the event will be a special reception and dinner on the Saturday night. A celebration commemorating our 20th anniversary, the evening is a great opportunity for you to enjoy excellent food and fine wine with friends and colleagues from across the country.
